Delivery & Shipping Policy
How your order travels from our workshop to your door.
Where we deliver
- ✦We deliver products to all 64 districts of Bangladesh through trusted courier partners.
- ✦Large furniture inside Dhaka is delivered by our own delivery team, with placement in your room where practical.
Delivery charges
- ✦Inside Dhaka: ৳80. Outside Dhaka: ৳150. The exact charge is always shown at checkout before you place the order.
- ✦Bulky or oversize items (large furniture, gates, big panels) may carry an extra delivery charge — we confirm it with you by phone before dispatch, never after.
Delivery timelines
- ✦Everything we sell is made after your order. Each product page shows its production lead time (for example 5–7 days).
- ✦Add 1–3 days for courier transit after production — usually 1 day inside Dhaka, 2–3 days elsewhere.
- ✦You get an SMS with a tracking link when your order ships.
Cash on Delivery & advances
- ✦Cash on Delivery is available nationwide.
- ✦For fully custom pieces or large orders we may request an advance before production starts — we will tell you clearly before confirming the order.
Damaged in transit?
- ✦Report any transit damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos (WhatsApp is fine) — we replace the damaged item free of charge.
