Most products are made after order and take 3–10 days depending on the item, plus 1–3 days delivery.
Can I order a custom size or my own design?
Yes — every product can be made in your size, color and design. Use the Custom Order page or WhatsApp.
How do payments work?
Cash on delivery nationwide. bKash/Nagad/card payments are coming soon. Custom/large orders take a small advance.
Do you deliver outside Dhaka?
Yes, to all 64 districts by trusted couriers with safe packaging.
What about warranty?
1-year warranty on welds and frames, 7-day replacement for manufacturing defects, workmanship warranty on projects.
