Return, Refund & Warranty Policy
Fair, simple rules — because made-after-order should not mean risky.
7-day replacement
- ✦If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 7 days with photos and we will replace it.
- ✦We arrange the return pickup, or credit your courier cost if you send it back yourself.
Personalized & custom items
- ✦Items made to your specification (custom text, custom size, your design) are non-returnable — unless they arrive defective or differ from what was agreed.
Refunds
- ✦Approved refunds go back through the same payment channel within 7–10 business days.
- ✦For Cash-on-Delivery orders we refund via bKash or Nagad to your number.
Warranty
- ✦1-year warranty on welds and steel frames of our products.
- ✦Decoration projects carry a 1-year workmanship warranty under the written agreement.
- ✦Warranty does not cover: misuse or accidents, indoor items used outdoors, or items modified/repaired by others.
