Who we are
- ✦DESIGNXDECOR is a Dhaka-based design-and-build company: decoration services plus made-to-order products in metal and wood. Contact: hello@designxdecor.com.
Orders & pricing
- ✦All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable taxes.
- ✦Placing an order is an offer to buy; we confirm it by phone call or SMS before production starts.
- ✦If a listing contains a pricing error or an item becomes unavailable, we may cancel and fully refund the order.
Made-to-order products
- ✦Lead times shown on product pages are honest estimates, not guarantees — we notify you if production runs late.
- ✦Natural wood grain and hand-applied finishes vary slightly from photos — that is character, not a defect.
Payments
- ✦We accept Cash on Delivery nationwide, and bKash, Nagad and cards online through SSLCommerz.
- ✦Fully custom orders may require an advance before production.
Decoration service projects
- ✦Quotations are valid for 15 days from issue.
- ✦Payments are staged per the written agreement (typically 40–50% advance).
- ✦Scope changes during a project may change the price and schedule — always agreed before we proceed.
Content & governing law
- ✦Reviews and photos you submit may be displayed on this site (moderated).
- ✦These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
